We meet you at the ferry dock on St. John, take you to your rental car and on up to the Villa and give you an introductory tour of the Villa.

We are happy to assist with any arrangements for your car rental,
catering, fishing, sailing, powerboat or diving charters.

Terms & Conditions

To confirm your reservation 50% of the total rental fee is required. The balance plus tax with a separate check for the security deposit is due 60 days prior to the date of arrival. No deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained.

No parties, weddings, or gatherings for groups larger than those renting the house are allowed without prior written permission by the Property Manager.
